Andrew “Andy” Silvernail joined International Paper as Chief Executive Officer on May 1, 2024.  

Silvernail has two decades of experience leading global companies in the manufacturing and technology sectors. Allison Magness was elected senior vice president, manufacturing and environment, health & safety (EHS) in January 2023. Tom Plath joined International Paper in 1991 as a human resources associate at the Thilmany Mill in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Plath received his bachelor’s degree in education from Martin Luther College and his MBA from Vanderbilt University.

James (Jay) Royalty joined International Paper in 1991 and has served in a variety of converting, sales, marketing, finance and leadership roles. In 2008, Royalty被任命为十大正规网赌游戏平台官员，并被选为高级副总裁, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), in 2019.
